Farm Supervisor

This job will be responsible to assists the Head of Plantations to in charge of an oil palm business.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
1. To take care and maintain the plantation business in orderly manner.
2. To supervise a group of supervisors, drivers, workers and contractors.
3. Supervise and monitor of plantation activities and ensure productivity and cost estimate are achieved.
4. To plan and manage daily field operation associated with the weeding, manuring, earth work, harvesting and other related with the plantation work.
5. To maintain appropriate records regarding the field work.
6. To ensure operational activities are undertaken in accordance with industry standard and compliances.
7. To create an annual budget and financial plan include manuring program and field maintenance schedule.
8. To prepare for tender and develop procurement process.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of SPM, Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience as farm supervisor.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
