**_Consulting Manager, Customer Service Representative - German/French/Japanese Speaking _**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide excellent service to our German/French/Japanese speaking clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contacting clients who have expressed interest in our financial services, answering their questions, and helping them choose the right package for their needs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Contact clients who have submitted requests on our platform and would like to buy some package of our services for themselves
- Tell the client about our company, our services, and possible packages
- Answer all the client's questions
- Interest the client to cooperate with our company
- Build relationships with clients and ensure that they are satisfied with our services
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in German/French/Japanese
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new information quickly
**Compensation and Benefits**:
Competitive salary and benefits package (RM 3500 per month, with the opportunity to earn bonuses up to RM 7,500.00 based on performance)

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Friday,
Eu Desk - 3pm to 11pm
Japan Desk - 12pm to 8pm
