Sales Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Performing daily invoicing functions, such as sales orders, delivery orders and other invoices
- Data entry and keeping track of receiving of stock from production
- Generating daily reports to managing supervisors
- Performing administrative duties such as checking inventory and monthly stock-taking
- Liaising with salesmen and customers to fulfil orders as needed
- Gathering feedback and providing recommendations for improvements
- Any additional assignments as directed by the Company

**Knowledge / Skills / Competencies**
- Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software
- Basic maths skills and knowledge of personal computer
- Ability to learn quickly while being independent
- Ability to read and assimilate job documentation and identify and configure specific materials for each work order
- Ability to maintain detailed, accurate and organized records
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
