**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**SAP Business One Project Management**
- Plan and execute end-to-end SAP Business One projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage data migration, testing, and system go-live.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality implementation and post-project support.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.

**Malaysia Country Management**
- Oversee all aspects of the Malaysia office, including business operations, compliance, and financial performance.
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to strengthen the company's presence in Malaysia.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage a local team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to drive performance.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies, objectives, and standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

**Leadership & Strategic Planning**
- Align project and country strategies with overall regional goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in both project delivery and local operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Business One project management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams or business operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of SAP Business One modules and system integration.
- **Management Skills**: Strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management.
- **Soft Skills**: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
