**仕事内容**:
**Responsibilities**:

- customer support position in Hotel project
- answer and support customers inquirers via calls
- provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

**Requirements**:

- able to work rotational shift
- JLPT N1 (or N2)
- good communication skill with Japanese customers
- more than 6months customer support experience or experience of related hospitality field

**Shift window**:

- rotational shift between 7am - 7pm.
- no midnight shift
