**Responsibilities**
1. The report the Head of Department (Development) on all development matters.
2. To be apart of APQP team for development of new project with assist Project Leader
by providing technical assistant & verification for new product.
3. To joint new tooling trial for verify part and tooling condition, part accuracy and
confirmation to the drawing and establish and compile parameter for every trial run.
4. To establish and compile parameter for every trial run.
5. To prepare SOP/WI for all new product development.
6. Responsible for preparation of PSW/PPAP/APPROVAL documentation from initial
stage of new project.
7. To compile all drawing for part, jig drawing far all new part development.
8.To deal with customer on the quality issue during development.
9. To monitor closely the part sample submission from supplier and ensure part as per drawing.
10. To prepare PSI or PPRS related to new project development.
11. To compile PQCM & SPTT document to establish localization part testing list as per customer requirement and monitor on data compilation for approval.
12. To assist in the parts development documentation compliance to TS16949 requirements.
13. To supervise, guide and monitor D&D Technician or respective functions of subordinates in development of Inspection jig. Assembly jig and process jig.
- **Market Research & Opportunity Identification**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business avenues within the automotive industry.
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Collaborate with senior management to design and execute sales strategies that align with IQM's growth objectives.
- **Proposal Development & Negotiation**: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals that benefit both parties.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track sales performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and provide regular reports to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive manufacturing sector and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
