Job brief

The Relationship Marketing Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on customer account management, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Account Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, resolving issues and facilitating communication.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and act on sales opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
