Prepare pick slip, packing list, delivery order.
- Prepare and provide necessary shipping documents to customers if required.
- **Follow up with forwarder and ensure K2 forms are received** within the particular month
- **Supplier OTIF monitoring** based on supplier agreed date.
- Assist in handling of complaint with supplier.
- Assist in sourcing and preparation in negotiation with supplier.
- Assist for freight price monitoring.
- To actively participate in continuous improvement projects such as **Lean Six Sigma, 5S, etc.**:

- To comply all matters according to **Quality Management System (QMS) ISO process**.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team on cargo readiness for shipping arrangement.
- Liaise and coordinate with customers (internal & external), freight forwarders, transporters, shipping agents, customs officer and etc to achieve efficiency of customers delivery matters.
- Responsible for both import & export shipping arrangement to ensure timely order fulfillment and replenishment.
- Verify both import & export shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Insurance and etc.
- Verify transportation invoices upon submission to Finance Department for payment processing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
