- To manage distributors within assigned region. Responsible in sales planning and coaching sales team into meeting business direction and strategies, ensuring achievement of sales target.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies relevant to the trade and channel.
- Planning of route to market strategy in area of distribution and coverage for total assigned region.
- Collaboration with distributor sales team and PIC to drive and increase both shipment and in market sales.
- Exploration of new business opportunities and drive distribution across channels within the General Trade business.
- Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization.
- Work closely and coach distributor sales team to ensure trade execution excellence.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience required; some of which must be with a strong consumer brand.
- Well verse in managing business operation within Southern region (i.e: Johor, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan).
- Experience of creating change, challenging the status quo, establishing a product category or brand with entrepreneurial spirit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
