Job descriptions: a) Assist to ensure production planning goes well. c) Preparing & ensuring parts to be assemble are ready at least one day earlier before start assembly work to avoid time wasting for searching parts. d) Ensure workers are using same parts & quantity as stated in w/sheet and do amendment on it if any changes are required. e) Supervise and closely monitor hours spend on assembly and fabrication area. f) Provide a training for new workers. g) Assist in productivity report and KPI for production workers. h) Record any on floor production issue (update QPR) and discuss with superior on how to solve it and prevent it from happening again in future. i) Prepare list & perform random dimension checking for item to go out for galvanized/coating/pickling. j) Weekly checking on tools condition/quantity (to avoid it goes missing) and advise if non-stock item/hardware almost run out at production area. k) Ensure all workers follow the company quality system, good OSH, and housekeeping practices. l) Any other reasonable duties which may be required by superior from time to time. Job requirements: a) At least 5 years’ experience as Production Supervisor (ability to supervise and control factory workers) b) Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate a good example to subordinate. c) Always available during production working hours including during OT and Sunday (if required). d) Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and sheet metal field will be an added advantage. Working Days : Mon - Sat (5.5days/week)
