Business Development Manager

Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's business growth, generating sales, managing the company's relationships with clients, and partners, and finding new business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales among new client accounts and partners and develop plans to optimize business opportunities.
- Consultative selling, build trust and strengthen relationships by thoroughly understanding customer needs and keeping clients informed on solutions that meet their objectives.
- Identify and build strong client relationships with decision-makers from business and IT.
- Experienced in the tendering process for customers’ special projects.
- Act as a client advocate and work closely with internal teams from product development, solution, support, and marketing to deliver clear communication of product deliverables and services.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide clients with services they need, such as solution design, installation, training, user support, and maintenance.
- Present weekly reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Only open to Malaysian applicants only
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience/account management in IT solution sales or related Corporate

Solutions Products
- Positive attitude, team-oriented and self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve account plans and contribute to the organization's goals.
- Past proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in FSI/Fintech and other related industries can be an added advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Analytical and possessed the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to respond to high-impact, high-profile clients’ product needs in a way that drives customer delight.
- Knowledge in integration IT projects, cloud solution platforms, eKYC or AI will be added advantage.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.
