- Hands on experience AWS, customer contact centre; Genesys on premise and cloud as well as migration
- Pre-sales / solutioning knowledge
- Customer interaction
- Good knowledge on cloud and cloud architecture
- Business Analyst experienced for the same project is added advantage
- Stake holder management
**Job Descriptions**
- 6-months renewable contract position

- Working from home & remote working position

- Functional Consultants with end to end project implementation experienced in AWS Connect, Genesys from on premise to cloud and lead the migration.

Contract length: 6 months
