Job Scope:
Renovation & Maintenance
- Coordinating the installation/dismantling of security alarm, CCTV system, air conditioning unit and furniture & fittings for new opening/closing of team.
- Coordinating with team members & contractor frequently for updates regarding the work progress to ensure works meet quality standard, completed on time, budget & cost expenditure.
- Assisting in the data entry and documentations included contracts, quotations, invoices, and others documents associate with the work related.
- Assisting in reporting and analyzing for renovation & maintenance expenditure. Keep track on renovation progressive payment
- Attend to request of repairing works related to M&E system such as air conditioning, electrical, sanitary plumbing and etc. Proposed solution for repairing or replacement including cost involved.
- Assign work order to contractor and monitoring the work progress. Ensure work deliver in time and the result had met expectation.
- Administrating the services contract for security alarm & CCTV system for HQ and showrooms. Checking security guard attendance and verifying alarming functions.
- Assign administrator for the alarm & CCTV system and coordinating the security alarm company if any unusual activities happen.
- Review and process the payment on time. Ensure all payment submit with supporting document such as work progress photos, approval sheet and etc.

Security, Safety and Health (OSHA)
- Develop and implement the OSH policies and programs. Review existing policies, measures and update accordingly.
- Conducting risk assessment and enforce preventative measures. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity
- Investigate and record incidents, accidents and other unsafe conditions to determine causes
- Develop strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect safety.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information timely
- Initiate and organize OSH training for all staff to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
- To lead safety committee for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficiency of any measures taken in compliance to the OSH regulations

Asset Management
- Asset purchase, asset receipt, transfer, labeling & disposal execution, record & monitoring
- Manage all company assets and purchasing
- Ensure to have sufficient stock and lead time for replacement
- Maintain company vehicles for insurance & road tax renewal

Tenancy & Business License Management
- Handling the documentation for tenancy matters including letter offers, contracts, stamping, taxes and other necessary documents.
- Generate and submit Daily sales report and Monthly Sales Report for senQ and to be verified by Area Manager and VP. Follow to proceed GTO payment to Mall Management once obtained President approval
- Verifying the claim submission supporting document such purchase proof receipt, invoices, bills and etc. matching to the claim form amount. Ensure the claim criteria fulfilling to company policy and procedures.
- Processing claim payment and ensure the receipt/invoice not more than 90 days according to finance
- To in charge & control Pantry Items

Job Requirement:

- Able to handle multiple demands, well organize, details oriented and meets deadline.
- Able to work at Pandan Jaya HQ.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
