**Sales Consultant - GWM (Georgetown)**
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Consultant at GWM in Georgetown, you are the face of the brand—tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, consultative selling, and a focus on building lasting client relationships. This role blends sales proficiency with outstanding customer service and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
**Vehicle Expertise**
- Develop a thorough understanding of GWM vehicle models, specifications, features, and technologies.
- Effectively communicate how different models align with various customer preferences, lifestyles, and performance needs.
- Stay updated on new model releases, feature updates, and industry comparisons.
**Client Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers through professional, attentive service.
- Conduct timely follow-ups, offer personalized trade-in advice, and provide ongoing customer support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to build loyalty and long-term client satisfaction.
**Needs Assessment**
- Consult with customers to identify their lifestyle needs, usage habits, and financial considerations.
- Recommend suitable GWM vehicle options tailored to each individual’s priorities.
**Product Demonstration**
- Conduct test drives and in-depth demonstrations that highlight performance, safety features, technology, and warranty benefits.
- Create a memorable and compelling customer experience that showcases the value of GWM vehicles.
**Sales Execution**
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, including handling objections, negotiating pricing, and completing contracts.
- Ensure all sales documents are completed accurately and all compliance requirements are met.
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up efforts within the CRM system.
- Provide timely sales performance updates and reports to management as required.
**Showroom & Display Support**
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of showroom and outdoor vehicle displays to ensure a clean and appealing presentation.
- Ensure all displayed vehicles are clean, accessible, and visually engaging for customers.
**Continuous Learning**
- Engage in ongoing training, stay informed about GWM promotions and product updates, and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Monitor trends and developments in the automotive industry to enhance product knowledge.
**Brand Ambassador**
- Represent the GWM brand in Georgetown with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
- Promote the values and reputation of GWM through every interaction, upholding brand standards and a high level of service.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
