**Responsibilities**:

- Online Inspection:

- 1. To fill in the checking parameters as in the report for every production lines.
- 2. Checking criteria:

- i. Packing materials correct for that SKU
- ii. Product weight
- iii. Product seal intact / seaming
- iv. Coding on can/ jar/ tub/ pouch/ sachet & sticks (including tear notch)
- v. Carton sealing & coding
- vi. Unit carton coding & sealing (glue / security seal)
- vii. Polybag coding & sealing
- viii. Vacuum test & tear down test
- ix. Any others criteria as according to principals’ requirement.
- 3. To collect Lab sample and retention sample of every SKU as per requirement.
- 4. To pass the QC reports to QA Supervisor.
- 5. To assure proper change over (filling room, packing hall, can feeding area and coding room) before the production start with another SKU.
- 6. To carry out Production Area Weekly C&S checking and Glass & Brittle Plastic checking.
- 7. To issue Reject Advice of online rejection.
- 8. To alert QA Supervisor/ Quality Assurance Executive if found any non conformances or out of specification.
- In-process & Finished Goods Check:

- 1. To assist in maintaining Quality Assurance system of the factory according to principals’ requirement / specification.
- 2. To overview on Quality Control Checkers and on-line issues (coding, sealing, SKU).
- 3. To maintain and store the retention samples according to principals’ requirements / specification.
- 4. To conduct the premix/ in-process good testing as according to principal’s requirements / specification.
- 5. To conduct the physical & chemical testing as according to principal’s requirements / specification.
- 6. To conduct the finished good testing according to principal’s requirements / specification.
- 7. To alert QA Supervisor/ Quality Assurance Executive if found any non conformances or out of specification.
- 8. To issue and control batch card to production.
- 9. To assist in filling of reports, production & On-line QC check, Finished Goods COA etc.
- 10. To carry out Weekly Personal Hygiene checking.**Benefits**:
