- Handle incoming phone calls politely and assist with appointment scheduling
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist TCM physicians during treatments and in dispensing herbal medicine
- Support daily administrative tasks such as system data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Ensure the reception area, lobby, and treatment rooms are clean and well-presented
- Conduct regular stock checks and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Recommend suitable treatment packages based on patient needs

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification
- Polite, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate in task execution
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to help others
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

**职位描述**
- 有礼貌地接听来电，协助安排预约
- 以专业态度快速回应患者的疑问和需求，提供优质客户服务
- 协助中医师进行治疗与草药配发
- 支持日常行政任务，包括系统录入、文件归档与资料维护
- 保持接待区、大厅及治疗室的整洁与整齐
- 定期进行库存盘点，并下订单维持合理库存
- 根据患者需求推荐适合的治疗配套

**职位要求**
- 拥有SPM或同等学历
- 态度礼貌、亲切，具服务热忱
- 熟悉基本电脑操作
- 具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力
- 做事细心，注重准确性
- 积极乐观，乐于助人
- 能接受周末与公共假期工作安排

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
