**Job Overview**
The Assistant Officer - HR will support the full spectrum of training administration, HR documentation, and compliance record management. This role ensures all training-related activities, HRD Corp claims, and employee records are properly maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate **end-to-end training administration** including scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee training records (TAL).
- **Prepare and submit HRD Corp documentation** for claim submissions and maintain accurate audit files.
- **Liaise with training vendors and participants** on logistics, communication, and post-training evaluations (TEF, ITEF).
- Manage **ISO-related HR training records** and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Issue **training memorandums, reminders, and updates** in HR systems such as Boss i-Net or Rymnet.
- Support **daily toolbox updates and OJT (On-the-Job Training)** progress monitoring for Beranang and Sg Petani plants.
- Maintain and update **legal and expatriate documentation databases**, including contract and license renewals.
- Prepare **drafts, summaries, and supporting HR documents** for internal and external reporting.
- Assist in **disciplinary and security record maintenance** for non-executive staff.
- Perform **general HR administration duties** as assigned by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Human Resource Management**, **Business Administration**, or a related field.
- **1 - 2 years** of experience in HR, preferably in **Training & Development** or **HR Administration**.
- Ability to **read documents in Mandarin**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of **HRD Corp** documentation, claim submission, and audit process.
- Experience using **HRIS systems** such as Boss i-Net, Rymnet, or equivalent.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
