Logistics Admin

Assisting with the coordination and organization of daily operations, including daily transport arrangements for deliveries and collections, data entry, record keeping, and occasional scheduling
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, such as preparing Consignment Notes, Invoice, and liaise with lorry drivers for daily trips
- Handling customer inquiries
- Undertaking any other administrative duties as required
**What we’re looking for : -**
- At least 3 **year(s)** working experience in **Logistics or Transport Industry** is added advantages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Willing to work half day on Saturday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
