Manager, Pricing Strategy

**Responsibilities:
- **
- Support Head of Revenue Management to drive pricing optimisation and automation for Ride trips, including eliciting full support from Head of AA Ride
- Collaborate cross functionally with Data, Tech, Ops to achieve said goals for optimisation and automation
- Drive development for competitive benchmarking in every market for Ride, including developing a historical pricing database to identify market characteristics
- Actively track trends and competitor action to drive revenue performance.
- Set up, measure and demonstrate results of test & learn for optimal price points within zones/city/countries
- Recommend pricing adjustments through test & learn, navigating through transformational phases from early to full automation
- Drive pricing delivery towards full automation through engagement in projects for system enhancements
- Evolve pricing strategy for Ride trips to support revenue ambition
- Support future budgetary planning for Rides LOB
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in revenue management or pricing
- Airline or transport sector experience an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable with analytical tools like MS excel
- Team player
