**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle and assist customers’ general inquiries via chat support system.
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent English & Thai communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.

**OFFICE HOURS**:

- Rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,300.00 per month
