(Mandarin) Manager

_**Our client is a well established healthcare services provider and the successful incumbent will be based at Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.**_
**Key Roles**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for wellness programs and services to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to generate interest in wellness programs and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Manage a team of wellness professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and employers.
- Ensure that all wellness programs and services are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to develop and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives.
- Provide education and resources to individuals and groups on topics related to wellness, such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, outcomes, and finances.
- Oversee the operation activities of Wellness Center
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree with **5 years operation & sales management experience **in **wellness centre (beauty / aesthetic / slimming) or healthcare or TCM** industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets** and managing budgets.
- Proficient in **Mandarin** (spoken & written) to support business needs.
- Permanent vacancy based in Bandar Tun Razak, KL.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
