**Your responsibilities are**:
1. Planning designs according to client’s requirements
- Research according to client’s requirements
- Define vision, road-map and growth opportunities of client’s business
solutions
- Employing industry and design best practice through website build process
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Communicating design ideas with team members using wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps

2. Design and Build
- Present complex technical concepts by using easy-to-understand visuals, illustrations or layouts
- Sometimes elaboration of the user stories is required to ensure user experience is being taken care off
- Create responsive designs that can ensure website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
- Involve in visual designing throughout the stages in the projects from concept until hand
- off to engineering
- Prepare documentation for the engineers such as UX research document, prototyping deliverables, ideation deliverables, Hi-fidelity prototype, visual elements and UI design system style guideline

3. Other responsibilities
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

4. Hands off to development team
- Participate in the **scrum **meeting with the scrum team to carve out the interaction needed for the interfaces on every stand-up meeting
- Provide design vision and direction to the development team throughout the project
- Do user testing under each sprint that the design is merging well with the technologies

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
Professional Degree in Graphic Design / UIUX Design / Web Design or equivalent.
2. With **minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in agencies tech background.**
3. Ability & knowledge of graphic design.
4. Experience in Coding, HTML, CSS, WordPress editing and design implementation.

5. Experience in wireframe / prototype design using Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Draw.io, InVision or other similar tools.
6. Fluency in best practices for information and interaction design, user-centred design
process, strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques and patterns.

**Preferred Skills and Requirements**
1. Create engaging, interactive HTML5-based designs and who can visualize web graphics
and motion graphics.
2. Have done exciting corporate, web and ecommerce designs for end users
3. Strong knowledge of UI design
4. Strong web design, layout and UX skills
5. Strong communication skills
