**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out property /home inspection at completed properties, identify those defects according to industry standard.
- Prepare property/home inspection report and explain those defects to customer.
- Understand and comply safety regulations during inspection process.

**Requirements**:
1. For senior inspector, he/ she shall possess at least minimum 3 years of property inspection experience. Strong leadership to lead junior inspector.

3. Required language(s): English, Malay.

4. Computer literate.

5. Possess own transport.

6. Able to work during weekend.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
