Customer Service Admission Officer

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle stakeholder complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Organizing and administering student records.
- Overseeing the student admissions and leaving/graduation process.
- Ensuring records are updated with attendance, finances, etc.
- Performing clerical tasks, such as preparing and printing leaving certificates for students.
- Keeping student information confidential and secure.
- Assist finance in recovery student outstanding fee.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
