**JOB OVERVIEW**

The 3D Animation Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on 3D animation techniques and software. This role involves teaching students or professionals how to create compelling animations, utilizing industry-standard tools and best practices in storytelling, design, and technical execution.


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, tutorials, and exercises that cover various aspects of 3D animation.
- **Skill Assessment**:Evaluate participant skills and progress through projects, quizzes, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- **Software Proficiency**: Stay current with the latest software updates and trends in the animation industry, integrating new tools into the curriculum as needed.
- **Project Guidance**: Support participants in developing their animation projects, offering guidance on storyboarding, modeling, rigging, and rendering.
- **Industry Insights**: Share insights into industry practices, career paths, and portfolio development to help participants prepare for employment in the field.
- **Resource Management**: Maintain training resources, including software licenses and hardware, ensuring that all tools are functional and up to date.


**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- **Experience**:Demonstrated experience in 3D animation production, including a strong portfolio of work.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Strong artistic and technical skills in modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **Certifications**:Relevant certifications in animation or teaching (e.g., Autodesk Certified Instructor) are advantageous.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
