**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Partnership Development**:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other Web3.0 stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key players in the Web3.0 ecosystem, including developers, investors, and influencers.

**2. Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and opportunities in the Web3.0 space.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**3. Deal Execution**:

- Lead end-to-end deal processes, including outreach, negotiation, and closing of partnerships.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.

**4. Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem expansion.
- Identify opportunities for tokenomics integration, staking, and other Web3.0 revenue models.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and market fit.

**6. Community Engagement**:

- Represent the company at Web3.0 conferences, meetups, and events to build brand awareness and expand the network.
- Engage with the Web3.0 community through social media, forums, and other channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the Web3.0, blockchain, or crypto industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and other Web3.0 concepts.
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Web3.0 tools and platforms (e.g., MetaMask, Etherscan, OpenSea).
- Existing network within the Web3.0 ecosystem.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the blockchain space.
