**Job Summary**:
The TA Operations Analyst performs a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition technology platform for APAC. TA Operations Analyst will work closely with People teams within APAC and will support all TA technology platform queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse issues and usage of various technology platforms and assist resolution and change
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across APAC to improve process & technology adoption
- Implement process improvement initiatives across APAC driven through technology
- Supports with testing / validation of new enhancements
- Conducts process mapping as required using MS Visio
- Extracts reports from Avature as needed
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
