Job Purpose:
The HR & Admin Assistant will support the HR & Admin Manager in various administrative and human resources tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the HR department and providing administrative support to other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
