**Job Title: Nutritionist**

**Reports To**: Product Manager/Customer Service Supervisor

We are a company focused on providing high-quality cosmetic and nutritional meal replacement products, aiming to offer effective health and beauty solutions. We are seeking an experienced nutritionist to join our team. As a nutritionist, you will be responsible for providing professional nutritional consultation to our customers and agents, answering their questions about our products, and helping them understand how to integrate our products into their daily routines for optimal results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Nutritional Consultation & Support**:
Provide professional responses to customer and agent inquiries about our nutritional meal replacement products, ensuring they understand the ingredients, usage methods, and how to pair these products with a healthy diet to achieve the best results.
- **Customer Inquiry Resolution**:

- **Product Training & Education**:
Provide training to agents and sales teams about the nutritional aspects and benefits of our products, ensuring they can accurately communicate product information to customers.
- **Ongoing Product Knowledge Updates**:
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest nutrition and health trends to ensure our products and services are always aligned with scientific and industry standards.
- **Assisting in Product Development & Improvement**:
Work closely with the product development team to offer professional advice on nutrition, contributing to product enhancements and ensuring the products meet customer needs.
- **Customized Nutrition Plans**:
Offer personalized nutritional advice and meal replacement plans based on customers' health status and needs, helping them achieve their wellness goals.
- **Market Research & Feedback Collection**:
Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to provide valuable suggestions for product improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Food Science, or related fields.
- **Professional Experience**:
At least 1-2 years of experience in nutritional consultation, with preference for experience in the nutritional meal replacement or health product industry.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to convey nutritional and product knowledge clearly and concisely to customers and agents.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Ability to work closely with different departments (such as sales, marketing, and R&D) to promote the business’s growth and success.
- **In-depth Knowledge of Nutrition & Health**:
A strong understanding of nutrition science, healthy eating, and meal replacement products, with the ability to provide customers with scientifically sound and professional advice.
- **English Proficiency**:
Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred, depending on company needs.
- **Other**:
Certification in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with using social media for communication and outreach is preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
