This fertilizer is an organic fertilizer that is recognized and collaborated with researchers from **University Putra Malaysia (UPM) **which is now receiving great response and feedback from customer thorugh Malaysia. Often also appears on various media channel such as TV RTM, Stesen Radio Negeri Melaka, Stesen Radio Sinar, TV Al-Hijrah & many more._ - The Company was founded in 2017 and now moved to new building location with a larger capasity. It covers with the space of 4 lots three-storey building makes more comfortable. It also used **concept of green and organic space in every space in the building**. Located at Jalan Seri Pandan 1, Taman Seri Pandan, Pokok Mangga, Melaka most familiar known as **"WISMA HAJIMAT"**. Our Company is now active and aggresively to add more staff to be with us to gain and combaine thier expertise in ensuring that our goals and mission, which is known all around the world and listed on Local Stock Exchange are succesfully implement._ **_**_ - *_* **_Job Description: _** - Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company by providing introductory information of product & service and escalating queries and concerns. - Developing and maintaining good business relationships with existing & new customers and troubleshooting common issues on product or service; customer feedback and satisfaction. - Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. **_Job Requirement: -_** - At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales or Customer Service or equivalent. - Must be team-oriented to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. - The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills. - Professional appearance, positive attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy talking to people daily. *Working time: Monday-Friday: 8.30am~5.30pm Saturday: 8.30am~1.00pm **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,800.00 per month **Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred)
