- personal support in a one-on-one working relationship.
The EA is required to have an executive mindset, meticulous, thoughtful and pre-emptive when it comes to
- managing the MD’s responsibilities across all areas. Coordinating communications and functions between senior management, and the general Wanderlust + Co team, your key responsibilities would be to manage calendars and schedule appointments, optimizing efficiency by coordinating day to day functions accurately and efficiently.- The EA must be personable, meticulous, thoughtful and genuine in wanting to assist the MD across all areas and challenges in her role. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to maintain a realistic balance amongst multiple priorities.- To excel, the EA must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. - 50% - Assisting the MD
- Represents the MD by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, answering questions and meeting requests directed to the MD in the most effective, efficient way
- Manages the MD’s personal and corporate schedule - ensuring that days, weeks and months are organized and optimized to specific goals in an accurate manner
- Be attentive and thoughtful to MD’s preferences, understanding the best way to assist and alleviate pressures in her role and responsibilities
- Assist the MD with personal and corporate press, as well as specific social media projects, in line with the development and growth of the brand and MD’s personal profileYou will be required to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. - Manages the MD’s personal responsibilities including but not limited to; coordinating gifts and deliveries, paying bills, booking appointments, managing personal staff and running general errands
40% - HR & Team Management
- Onboarding and offboarding team members, alongside the HR / Finance Team
- Work with the HR / Finance team, to take ownership as the community manager - planning and preparing internal events for special occasions, such as work anniversaries, Christmas, team lunches, birthdays and general team building efforts
- Manage special assignments and projects - determining priorities; managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, adjusting plans to achieve final goal and results
10% - General Admin
- Overseeing general office and team management, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks (including HR review preparation, HR claims, leave planning, finance data entry, and so on)
- Maintain and coordinate IT hardware and software, with the assistance of the external technicians
- Oversee the general office space, to ensure everything is well in order, and the team is working in an optimal and safe environment
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Be willing to hit the ground running and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Personal understanding of the MD’s habits and preferences
- Be flexible, versatile, discreet and demonstrate sound work ethics
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in wanting to make a difference in a growing e-commerce business and brand
- Proven track record and experience in a EA/PA/HR role of more than 3-5 years, would be a bonus
