Responsible for managing the security team and overseeing the implementation of all security procedures within the hotel. This position requires a proactive approach to prevent security breaches, respond to emergencies, and maintain a visible security presence across the hotel. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and evaluating security staff, as well as working closely with hotel management to ensure safety protocols are up to standard.
- Oversee daily activities of the security officers and ensure proper coverage across all hotel areas.
- Provide training and ongoing support to security officers regarding safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service standards.
- Respond promptly to incidents, ensuring the safety of all involved and documenting events as needed. Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all security policies, procedures, and protocols are followed consistently by security staff and hotel employees.
- Monitor and review CCTV footage, security systems, and alarms to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to ensure that safety standards are being maintained in all areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, parking lots, and other common areas.
- Identify security risks or hazards, document findings, and recommend solutions to minimize potential threats. Prepare regular security reports for hotel management.
- Take charge during emergencies, such as fire evacuations, medical situations, or criminal activities, ensuring an efficient and organized response.
- Create security officer schedules to ensure proper coverage during all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mediate disputes or altercations between guests or staff, ensuring resolutions are reached calmly and professionally.
- Communicate security concerns or potential threats to hotel management and provide recommendations for improvements or security measures.
- Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards guests, ensuring their safety while also providing assistance when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
