**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Strong operational leader with extensive background in Data Center building operations and facilities management and ensuring overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations while keeping operating costs in facilities at a minimum. The Data Center Facility Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data center.

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Manage all facilities operations, planning, maintenance, documentation, and DC Operations in the mission critical infrastructure.

2. To instill and inculcate the facilities operations team to perform their duties and work in an ethical and professional manner in accordance with the DC policy, procedure, and industry best practices.

3. Maintaining the service level of service contracts and vendors is appropriate for the DC’s facilities operations and customer’s objectives.

4. Leading the staff in training, coaching, appraising, and rewarding performance.

5. Provide technical advice in facilities management, and support of technical matters to regulatory codes and compliances.

6. Review work processed and improved on work statements and MOPs.

7. Maintain a strong customer bond, trust, and confidence through an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provision of professional advice and assistance.

8. Maintain appropriate relationships with vendors and service contractors.

9. Provide effective leadership, administration of projects, upgrading and management of project teams and contractors.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or its equivalent in an Engineering field.

2. 5 years and above of experience in Data Center Critical infrastructure management or 10 years of working experience in related field.

3. Strong knowledge in Critical Electrical and Mechanical equipment in Data Centres such as UPS, STS, Genset, CRAH/CRAC units, PDUs, Chillers, BMS and Fire Systems.

4. Ability to conduct presentations and meetings.

5. Strong aptitude and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
