Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules for cocoa butter, ensuring timely and efficient output to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that cocoa butter products are manufactured according to quality standards, quantity requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Adjust production plans as necessary based on raw material availability, production capacity, and customer priorities.
- Coordinate all aspects of shipping and delivery for cocoa butter products, ensuring that shipments are completed on time and meet customer specifications.
- Liaise with transportation providers, customs authorities, and warehouses to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished cocoa butter products to ensure stock availability for shipping.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory management teams to track raw material and finished product quantities, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Serve as the point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that shipping orders are fulfilled on time.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve shipping-related issues, and provide updates on delivery statuses.
- Ensure all shipping activities are compliant with international trade regulations, including customs, export documentation, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records, including invoices, shipping instructions, and transportation tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within production planning, shipping, and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production schedules, shipping performance, and inventory status to senior management.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
