**ECR Sdn Bhd**, a dynamic subsidiary of **SSRV Sdn Bhd**— a leading name in facility management — is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin CMMS/SOCC** to join our team at the **ECR Sdn Bhd.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer the **Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)** for smooth operations.
- **Coordinate**with the facility operations team to ensure **accurate data input** and timely updates.
- Monitor **work orders**, **maintenance schedules**, and **service requests**in the system.
- Support **SOCC operations** in compiling reports, tracking performance KPIs, and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain **clear communication**between the command centre and on-ground operations teams.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma in Administration**, **Facilities Management**, or a **related**field.
- Familiarity with **CMMS**or similar systems is an advantage.
- **Knowledge of using ServeDeck software is a strong added advantage.**:
- **Strong communication skills** - especially in coordinating with technical/operations teams.
- **Detail-oriented** with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in **MS Suite** and **data entry**.
