- Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran untuk mencapai sasaran jualan.

- Menjawab semua pertanyaan pelanggan di dalam semua medium termasuk panggilan telefon, Whatsapp, media sosial mengikut garis panduan yang disediakan
- Mendapatkan maklum balas pelanggan selepas rawatan dan memastikan maklum balas/cadangan/aduan direkod untuk tindakan seterusnya.
- Menyusun data untuk tujuan pelaporan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, aduan, pertanyaan dan lain-lain untuk tujuan analisis
- Memastikan perhubungan bersama pelanggan terjaga bagi memastikan keselasaan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah ditahap yang terbaik

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
