**1) Oversee Overseas Warehouse Operations**

Monitor overseas warehouse operations, address and resolve any operational issues, and provide real-time feedback on warehouse conditions to relevant personnel at the domestic headquarters. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the 3rd parties.

**2) Warehouse Guidance and Communication**

Guide warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, dispatching, and stocktaking. Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff regarding in-house operational activities.

**3) Order and System Tracking**

Track order processing and ensure data consistency between ERP and WMS systems. Assist in inventory data inquiries and track shipment status and delivery progress.

**4) Manage Southeast Asia Overseas Warehouse**

Oversee the management of overseas warehouses in the Southeast Asia market, focusing on improving warehouse and logistics efficiency for the company.

**5) Optimize Warehouse Resources and Processes**

Locate warehouse resources effectively and optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**6) Adhere to Leadership Instructions**

Follow instructions from superiors and perform additional tasks as required.

- 负责海外仓库作业的跟进，解决任何问题或异常，及时将海外仓情况反馈给国内总部相关人员，并确保两地团队之间的顺畅沟通与协调。
- **仓库作业指导与沟通：**:

- 指导仓库内的进货、出货、库存管理及盘点等作业，并与仓库人员进行有效的沟通，确保作业信息的准确传递。
- **订单与系统监控：**:

- 跟踪订单作业情况，确保ERP和WMS系统中的数据一致，协助查询库存数据以及跟踪快递轨迹和配送状态。
- **东南亚市场海外仓管理：**:

- 负责东南亚市场的海外仓库管理，提升公司的仓储及物流效率。
- **仓库资源与作业流程优化：**:

- 合理调配仓库资源，优化各项作业流程，提高仓储效率与生产力。
- **服从领导安排：**:

- 遵守上级领导指示，完成其他相关工作任务。

Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply chain, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience and above.
- Good Leadership skills, work independently and attention to details.
- Willing to travel to overseas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English, Malay and Fluent in Mandarin reading & writting.

Location：

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
