**Job Description & Qualifications**

Role: Oversee global procurement, manage supplier relationships, ensure

compliance, optimize costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and deal with overseas suppliers (e.g., lenses, frames, optical

equipment).
- Negotiate contracts, terms (Incoterms), and pricing.
- Manage logistics, customs clearance, and import documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, compliance).
- Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and QA teams.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies (e.g., diversifying suppliers,

contingency planning).
- Manage invoice receiving and return to suppliers.
- Handle the OEM products forecast and purchase.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related

field.
- 3-5 years in international procurement, preferably in

optical/medical/retail sectors.
- Knowledge of trade compliance (e.g., customs, tariffs, ISO standards).
- Certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) a plus.
- Language skills and cultural awareness (aligned with supplier regions).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Work Location: In person
