2. Develop and implement strategies to leverage our brand and clearly articulate our value proposition.

3. Analyze economic and industry activity and understand its implications on current and potential new business opportunities.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service throughout the sales process.

5. Generate new leads through networking and cold-calling, and follow up on leads provided by marketing.

6. Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.

7. Prepare quotes and proposals for potential customers, and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.

8. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share this information with customers and team members.

10. Attend trade shows and other events on behalf of the company.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years proven sales experience with a solid track record of success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in furniture and wood industry would be added advantage
- Travel is required

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
