- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in all kitchen and food and beverage areas.
- Dishwashing, cleaning of kitchen and stewarding area and dealing with garbage clearance in an effective and efficient.
- Assist in inventories, to store and issuance of equipment correctly.
- Assist service staff with buffet set and event setup.
