**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day to day business operations of retail store, ensure smooth business operations.
- Trained of products, sales and customer service.
- Ensure workplace safety for customers, staff and pets.
- Ensure that stocks are replenished leaving no shelves empty.
- Ensure proper housekeeping is done, including pet boarding area to create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Responsible for hitting sales target / KPIs in line with business objectives.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and service recovery.
- Accountable for cash shortage, stock losses and stock variances.
- Adhere to all the retail SOP, company's policy, processes and procedures.
- Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in retailing
- Pet Lover
- Energetic and highly driven to meet sales target
- Good communication skills and self-motivated sales person.
- Prefer have own transportation.
- Willing to work in team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
