**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Leasing or any related degree.
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably those who have experience in shopping malls.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Understand the current market, submarket conditions and have the knowledge of the market.
- Able to run reports required by management
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, meticulous, efficient and multi-tasking. Neat, clean, thorough, honest and disciplined.
- Ability to plan, negotiate, overcome problems and to provide solutions (case by case).
- Willing to travel or conduct many meetings outside the office or in the office with potential Brand Partners.
- Strong customer service and Brand Partners management.
- Able to adapt, build relationships and work independently and as a team.
- Computer capabilities: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
