Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.
- Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit.
- Providing direction and training to hotel operational team in areas related to finance, financial reports, internal controls, labour management, payroll, etc.
- Reviewing daily cash balance, preparing quarterly payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and other required tax filings.
- Facilitating annual budgeting process and conducting in-depth analyses for financial projection and forecasting.
- Compiling ad hoc financial reports at the direction of management.
- Preparing monthly hotel P&L analyses and providing variances explanation for review for the management.
- Preparing monthly financial statements for review by management.
- Controlling the payroll.
- Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods.
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management.
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue.
- Reconciling bank statements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
