**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Promote and upsell suitable banking products or campaigns, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Perform verification checks and preliminary screening for credit card sign-up and balance transfer requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate are welcome if they have prior experience (internship/part time experience in customer service/promoter - preferably Mandarin speakers for fresh grad)
- Knowledge of banking products, especially credit cards and balance transfer offerings.
- Customer-centric, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections tactfully.
- 24/7 shift basis role, working hours is 9 hours, total have Morning Shift, Afternoon & Night Rotational, off day is not fixed - rotational 2 days in a week off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Rotational shift
