**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To assist in **preparing sales quotation**for the company's represented products.
2. Experiencing in the **Nutrition and Procurement background** will be an added advantage. To support and liaise with principal to get technical and cost assistance for the preparing proposal.
3. To meet **tenders and quotation deadline**s and making sure that all requirement and documentations are in order.
4. Planning and forecasting weekly, monthly, yearly individual and department task.
5. To assist in **managing documentations** and making sure filings are up to date and in-order.
6. To assist officer and executive in sourcing for **competitive quotations and prepare costs comparison of material pricing**.
7. To follow up on **negotiated terms and prices with suppliers** and recommend of purchases.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Biotech preferred.
2. Available to start work immediately.
3. Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (off days on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month).
