Customer Service Executive

Job Requirements:
- able to communicate fluently in English, Malay (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Able to manage multiple conversations at once through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and walk-ins
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks (filing, organizing documents, data entry)
- Good at time management, and working independently
- Responsible, punctual, and responsive
- Comfortable with phone calls including cold-calling and customer follow-up using provided company database
- Willing to assist in supplier sourcing and other support tasks when required
- Prior experience in customer service, admin, or sales support is preferred
Job Scope:
Customer Service Tasks:
- Reply to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone
- Explain services, promotions, and packages clearly
- Help customers with appointment booking, rescheduling, and follow-up
- Coordinate with branch teams to confirm available time slots
- Handle minor complaints or escalate serious cases to the manager
- Maintain friendly and helpful communication tone at all times
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform filing and document organization
- Assist with basic sourcing tasks (e.g. contacting suppliers, comparing prices)
- Support marketing team during campaigns (e.g. replying to increased inquiries, tracking responses
- Make co-calls and follow-up calls using company-provided lead database
- Introduce services and promotions to potential customers during calls
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
