**About the Role**:
As a **Merchandising Executive**, you’ll work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure our agrochemical and agricultural products reach farmers and retailers efficiently. You’ll play a key role in **stock planning, supplier management, and product innovation**, helping us strengthen our presence in the agricultural retail market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage agrochemical stock levels to ensure timely product availability across branches.
- Identify, categorize and analyze **product movement trends**from fast-moving to seasonal items to support inventory planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms as well as consistent product supply.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with seed producers and agro-input suppliers** to expand our product offerings and supplier network.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance product range and cost efficiency.
- Develop creative **product bundle promotions, seasonal campaigns, and pricing strategies i**n collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track and report product performance, pricing, and sales insights to support management decisions.
- Support retail operations by ensuring accurate stock data, attractive merchandising, and timely replenishment.

**About You**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, procurement or retail operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.
- Experience in agrochemical / agriculture sector is a plus
- Willingness to travel for branch visits and product inspections when required.
