**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) Operate and maintain measurement equipment such as VMS (Vision Measuring System), CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), height gauges, callipers, and other precision tools.

b) Perform dimensional inspection and prepare detailed measurement reports.

c) Ensure measurement results are accurate, reliable, and traceable to standards.

d) Conduct regular reliability tests for plastic parts, including environmental, mechanical, and functional evaluations.

e) Operate reliability testing equipment such as temperature/humidity chambers, drop testers, tensile testers, and other related machines.

f) Document and report test results, highlighting any non-conformance.

g) Perform cosmetic inspection on parts according to defined acceptance criteria.

h) Record inspection results and escalate quality issues promptly.

i) Support production line quality assurance activities.

j) Assist in QA testing for new product introduction (NPI) projects.

k) Work closely with project engineers, QA, and production teams to verify product compliance during trial builds.

l) Support DOE (Design of Experiments) and validation activities.

m) Maintain accurate inspection and test records in accordance with ISO standards.

n) Follow company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

o) Support internal and customer audits when required.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
a) Minimum 2 years of experience in measurement and reliability testing for plastic parts, preferably in the injection molding industry.

b) Hands-on experience in VMS, CMM, and other precision measurement tools.

c) Experience operating reliability test equipment (e.g., chambers, tensile testers).

d) Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

e) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

f) Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

g) Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, measurement software).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Simpang Ampat (South Seberang Perai, Penang): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
