Operation Coordinator

**Inventory Management**:Oversee the tracking of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure sufficient stock to meet customer demand. Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate cycle counts.
- **Order Fulfilment**:Coordinate the receipt, processing, and fulfilment of customer orders. Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping products.
- **Warehouse Operations**:Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including materials handling, stock control, and housekeeping.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure all warehouse equipment is serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations and safety standards.
- **Vendor Relations**:Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any receiving or shipping issues.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of all warehousing activities, including inventory records, shipping logs, and order forms.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure the quality of goods received and shipped out, and manage any returns or exchanges in a timely manner.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and throughput.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- **Budget Management**:Assist in the preparation of the annual warehouse budget and ensure operations stay within budget.
- **Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries and complaints related to warehousing and logistics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Assist with other duties as assigned.**
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum of Diploma in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
- Entry-Level or at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field will be an advantage;
- **Fresh Graduate are welcome.**:
- A disciplined sense of accuracy;
- Ability to multi-task and deal with tight timelines and deadlines;
- Understands the value of self-learning and teamwork in delivering results in a fast paced & dynamic environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin to better serve our customers and partners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
