**OVERVIEW**
- To assist in managing of operation of post treated gloves processing.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To supervise and control the activities in post treatment area.
- Ensure all post treatment workers are performed their jobs according to the written work instructions.
- To ensure chemicals and gloves are ready for the process.
- To organize and plan the gloves from production for post treatment process according to requirements.
- Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Operators.
- To handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group Leaders.
- Checked and reviewed all checklist and reports by Group Leader by timely basis.
- To provide on job training to the Operators and Group Leaders.
- To ensure working procedure and work instructions are followed.
- Ensure the canvas, palletisers and / or plastic bags are available for gloves packing.
- Ensure washing area, storage and inspection area are clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure the products are stored, labelled and segregated at designated area.
- Ensure workers are handle products in correct manner and not causing any damage or contamination onto the products.
- Liaise with Engineering / C&I for any equipment need to be repair or service.
- To conduct appraisal for the worker during probation period.
- To enforce company's rule and regulations.
- Ensure compliance of work safety practice
- Ensure the targets are achieved through proper control of all area.
- To conduct calibration of washers/spin dryers.
- Any other task that may be assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Minimum PMR/SPM or equivalent.

**Work Experience**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.

**Technical and Professional Knowledge**:

- Supervisory skills
- Ability to organize, supervise and provide guidance
- Able to do planning and perform time study.
- Understand the supply chain management process.
- Able to read, write and speak in BM and BI
- Good in time management
- Able to spot problems and suggest solution on top of it.
